Return/Exchange Policy:

We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase from tSucchi Traditions. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to these policies.

 

Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of product delivery. After 5 days we will neither return nor exchange any product(s). Returns or exchanges are not valid for plus sizes i.e. 3XL and above.
  • In case of returns, if approved by our customer care team, you will get store credits/discount coupon of the same value which can be used on our website, with a validity of 6 months.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Unworn, Unwashed, Unused, that means products should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns for used, washed or worn clothes.
  • In its original packaging along with all tags and bills.
  • Please note: Misprints & Colour differences from website images do not qualify as damaged products.

 

Returns or Exchanges will NOT be accepted for the below items:

  • All Products that are on sale or discount, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher will not be returned/exchanged.
  • Product sizes 3xl and above, which are custom-made, are neither returned nor exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please carefully review the size chart for appropriate sized products before placing an order.
  • Lifestyle items such as Bedsheets, bedcovers, dohars, comforters, curtains, table linen, kits and pouches, bags will not be returned or exchanged.

Return and Exchange Process for Indian Orders

  • To initiate a return or exchange, or in case of delivery of wrong product or defective product, you need to mail us at orders@tsucchi.in or WhatsApp us on +91 7060071913 within 5 days of product delivery.
  • After carefully analyzing your request our team will ask you to ship the order at our office address i.e. Tsucchi Traditions, Dr. Prithvi Raj Building, Meston Ganj, Rampur, UP 244901. The charges for shipping the product to our office/warehouse will be paid by customer.
  • After receiving the product, it will undergo our quality check. If it passes our quality check, the refund in the form of store credits/discount coupon shall be sent to you either on WhatsApp or mail id. This process can take upto 7 working days.
  • In case of exchange, Rs.300 will be charged as shipping fee (both ways). For defective or wrong products, no shipping cost will be charged.
  • Exchanges or returns are not valid for products which are 3xl and above and for lifestyle products.

 Return/Exchange Policy for International Orders

For international orders, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If an exception is made, the customer will need to cover the shipping costs for returning the product, as well as any applicable customs charges. The company will not be responsible for any shipping or customs fees associated with international returns. Alternatively, if you have someone travelling from your country to India, you can request to return the product through them to avoid shipping costs. Please inform our team in advance if you plan to do so.

Shipping and Handling:

  • Shipping and Handling charges will be under the scope of the customer. The customer needs to courier us back the product they wish to return or exchange on our address mentioned above. All the shipping and handling charges will be borne by the customer. 
  • In case of exchanges, Rs.300 will be charged to the customer as shipping charges for the new product.

Refunds and Store Credit:

  • The refund amount will be given in the form of store credits/discount coupons only which will have a validity of 6 months from the date of issue of the coupon. You can also combine this offer with any another offer as well. The process of refund will begin once we receive the package and it passes our quality check. Once it clears our quality check, the refund will be initiated and it can take maximum upto 7 working days.

Exemptions and Exceptions:

  • There are no returns or exchanges for custom made designs or plus sizes i.e. 3xl and above.
  • Lifestyle items such as Bedsheets, bedcovers, dohars, comforters, curtains, table linen, kits and pouches, bags will not be returned or exchanged. 

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product(s) in terms of store credit/discount coupons which can be used within 6 months from the date of credit note. We will issue credit note for the product of the same value excluding any shipping charges or applicable taxes.

The transit time for a returned product to reach us is typically 7 to 14 working days. Refunds are initiated in terms of store credits once we receive the returned item

FAQs on Returns & Exchanges 

  1. What is the exchange policy at tSucchi Traditions?
  • As a company policy, tSucchi Traditions provides a refund in terms of store credit valid for 6 months products sold. However, once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or smaller size depending on availability (provided the terms and conditions are met as mentioned above).
  • The customer will be issued a credit note in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
  • To exchange a product, you can request a different size of the same product.
  • Custom made products (sizes 3XL, 4XL & 5XL) will not be returned/exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect (provided the terms and conditions are met as mentioned above).
  • Please note that you cannot exchange a product for a different type of product. If you want a different product in exchange for the one you ordered, please opt for a return and receive store credit instead.(for more details kindly refer our terms and conditions mentioned above).
  • For exchange of size, after the product is received by us, a new order for the different sizes needed will be auto placed and Rs. 300 will be charged as shipping fees. (for more details kindly refer our terms and conditions mentioned above).
  1. What are the conditions for size exchange?
  • Products eligible for size exchange should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and within 5 days from the date of delivery. (for more details kindly refer our terms and conditions mentioned above).
  • Size exchange is available once per order.
  • Sizes 3XL, 4XL and 5XL will not be exchanged/returned.
  • Lifestyle products such as Bedsheets, bedcovers, dohars, comforters, curtains, table linen, kits and pouches, bags will not be returned or exchanged.
  1. Can I cancel my order?
  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
  • You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of the order.
  1. How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
  • The credit note will be emailed/WhatsApp to you, which you can use in the next 6 months on tSucchi Traditions website.
  1. Can I exchange a part of my order?
  • Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 5 days of delivery.
  1. What can I do if my garment does not fit me?
  • Request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product at +917060071913/orders@tSucchi.in
  • If the size you have requested is not available, we will offer you store credit to be used within 6 months.
  1. Why is my exchange not accepted?
  • Exchange/Return is not accepted if the reason for return/exchange is not liking the colour or material of the product.
  • Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed, worn, without tags.
  • Purchases made from the SALE/DISCOUNT section are not eligible for any kind of return/exchange.

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

 Fabric and Print Disclaimer

  • The fabric and print may have variations in colour, finish, and overall look due to the handmade nature of our products.
  • Colours seen on the website may vary depending on the accuracy of your monitor.
  • Deodorant, mist, or perfume should not be sprayed directly on the dress, and Gold & Silver Prints should be handled with care.
  • Each garment has a unique fit depending on the cut, fabric, and styling.
  • Our sizing guide can help you choose the right size for your body.
  • We use premium fabrics and hand-sourced them for all our garments.
  • Our prints are Hand-Blocked Printed and may vary slightly in each batch of print.
  • Photographs on our website are for representation purposes only and may have marginal colour variations from the actual product.
  • Slight differences in colour from the visible product image are possible due to camera or monitor perspectives.
  • Hand-block printed and vegetable-dyed products may have slight irregularities in the motif and colours, which is a hallmark of handcrafted products.
  • Fabric dyed using natural, vegetable dyes may rub dry or bleed colour on coming in contact with water for the first time.
  • Gad, Reikh, and Datta Blocks(different types of wooden blocks used in fabric printing) have different effects on the fabric and the printed motif.
  • Hand wash lightly with mild detergent and dry inside out in the shade. 
  • Airing garments after use can help keep them fresh for reuse.
  • Moderate shrinkage may be expected with handloom woven or hand-block printed cotton.
  • Fragrances should be applied carefully to handmade clothes to avoid removing paint or staining.
  • Some fabrics may shed excess colour like Indigo, and certain ikkats and Jamdani textiles are prone to excess bleeding, requiring dry cleaning or careful hand washing.
